Our High-Heat-Resistance Melamine Moulding Compound is an A5-grade resin engineered with an advanced cross-link density, giving a continuous service temperature of 155 °C—10 °C higher than standard grades—without warping or dulling.

Recommended Processing

Pre-heat powder 90 °C for 20 min if humidity > 60 %.
Set mold temperature 170–180 °C.
